Аннотация
Исследования, посвящённые сотрудничеству науки и бизнеса, часто фокусируются на проблемах трансфера знаний, в т. ч. определении эффективности этого процесса. Однако далеко не всегда в таких работах раскрывается понятие «трансфер знаний», даже при необходимости его концептуализации или операционализации. В российском законодательстве это словосочетание используется как устойчивый термин, тогда как его трактовки не так однозначны и могут различаться в зависимости от выбранной теоретической базы. Разные теории и концепции позволяют изучать различные аспекты передачи знаний, в результате формируя целостное представление об этом процессе. Вместе с тем отличия теоретических предпосылок часто приводят к нестыковкам в выводах исследований, путанице в терминах. При этом доминирование на определённых этапах той или иной концепции в науке неизбежно влияет не только на трактовку получаемых исследователями результатов, но и на меры политики. Безусловно, определение трансфера знаний характеризуется высокой степенью сложности, в том числе из-за многообразия и трудности трактовок базового понятия «знания». Тем не менее вопросы терминологии не должны оставаться за рамками ни в исследованиях, ни в нормативно-правовых документах, поскольку это приводит к неоднозначности выводов и в теории, и на практике. В отличие от известных обзоров, посвящённых подходам к изучению передачи знаний, в данной статье поставлена цель установить, как влияют разные теоретические предпосылки на интерпретацию понятия «трансфер знаний». На данном этапе в анализ включены подходы на уровне фирмы, в которых организации рассматриваются прежде всего как «наборы» знаний. Результаты работы могут быть полезны для проведения исследований в области трансфера знаний и разработке документов, определяющих стратегии взаимодействия науки и бизнеса, роль исследовательских организаций в научно-технологическом развитии страны.
